Big plans for Jamba Juice. Fresh juice is the new cross-country hotness and the ubiquitous smoothie chain is next trying to tackle the trend. In addition to three "juices" landing on the existing juice/smoothie menu next week, Jamba Juice will retool existing stores in SF, NY, LA, and Seattle into what is described as a “store of the future,” a new juice-focused concept to debut later this year. In other news, Jamba Juice plans to open 40-50 additional US locations, 10-15 international, and a self-service rendition called JambaGo. [NRN]
