Originally a soda parlor near the turn of the century, the space operated as a cafeteria until it was sold in 1986. Cheap drywall has been hiding the building's architectural beauty, until last week, when The Dutch Chocolate Shop announced it would rebuild the space into a new kind of chocolate store. [CLA]
