Umami Restaurant Group's Adam Fleischman has been a fan of LA Creamery ice cream for some time, selling it at various Umami locations and at 800 Degrees since day one. Word in that Fleischman has bought into the company and now holds an ownership stake, with plans to grow LA Creamery distribution. Newly on offer, four Fleischman flavors: Porc Phat (Spanish Iberico lardo, sweet Asian pears, hazelnuts, mint), Moonshine + Caramel Corn (Original Moonshine®, caramel corn), Absinthe, and Mezcal (mezcal, orange liqueur).
