LA pizza is having a moment. And not just fancypants artisan pies. Joe's Pizza, the popular New York-style pizza joint started in LA by Giuseppe Vitale, is growing his pizza by-the-slice operation to the Westfield Fashion Square Mall in Sherman Oaks come September, followed by the Westfield Century City Mall in October. But that's not all. At the end of September Vitale will roll out the Joe's Pizza Truck, selling just pizza by the pie and slice. (Also note, the new Joe's Pizza logo.)
