New York has a Fat Radish and a Fat(ty) Crab, now LA has a Fat Cow, or The Fat Cow, Gordon Ramsay's new American gastropub open yesterday at The Grove. The rustic chic space designed by AK Design Network is disguised from previous tenant The Farm with new exposed brick walls, but the bones of the space and seating layout remain largely unchanged. Although the Ramsay-ified menu isn't the most unique (tuna tartare, Caesar salad, cheeseburger, pizza) it's likely to appeal to The Grove's touristy folk. So far Yelp reviews are mixed.
