Greg Morris promised "some new and exciting projects" both in LA and NY when he pulled the plug on The Spanish Kitchen over the summer. And here now one of those local ventures. While Morris is keeping details close to the vest until next year, he has snapped up the former Burgundy House on Santa Monica Boulevard to launch a concept called The Thirsty Muse. The building's facade was recently painted and only an exterior cocktail sign remains. More to come.
