So, it looks like Roy Choi's Chego! is opening Downtown after all. Last week LADTN reported that the rice bowl restaurant, which shuttered its Palms home in December for renovations, had plans to relocate to Chinatown's Far East Plaza. However, Choi's crew refused to confirm. But now Brigham Yen spots a fresh new banner with Chego!'s logo outside the Plaza. Apparently the eatery will overtake a small central space previously inhabited by Wu Ha Thai Food.
