Here now a look at chef Meg Hall's new Made by Meg cafe in Redondo Beach named after her longtime catering company. Debuting March 20, Meg will serve this California fusion menu of sandwiches and salads like grilled chicken with bacon jam and avocado on Parmesan sourdough; and grilled asparagus, scallions, burrata and dandelion greens with a white soy mustard vinaigrette. It's a casual operation with just a handful of bar seats and a few other stools off to the side. Hours of opertaion to run Monday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
