Here now, a more complete look inside new Santa Monica Spanish restaurant and bar Taberna Arros y Vi, which opens tonight. Designed by Preen (Sweet Lady Jane SM), the former Tudor House has been madeover with earthy tones, a copper bar, and multiple dining options. Play it cool at the bar/lounge or go for a slightly more formal dinner experience in the dining room. As a reminder, chef Verite Mazzola (Palomino, Ford's Filling Station) replaced originally attached chef Perfecto Rocher and will serve tapas and paella with a California twist using local produce and such. Taberna kicks off dinner service tonight with lunch to follow next month.
