Redondo Beach gets a nice infusion of global cuisine via Doma Kitchen, which cooks up a small but delectable menu of influenced sandwiches, salads, and more. There's a spit each for lamb and chicken, along with borscht and sweet potato fries while fresh baked bread comes from Downtown's Bread Lounge. The courtyard outside the restaurant has a beachy, casual feel that's great for lounging around, and will eventually host live music, wine tastings, and more. Early Yelp reviews are very positive. Edit: Doma is a Slavic word that refers to a home or house. [Eaterwire]
