Barney Greengrass, the expensive Jewish deli/cafe on the fifth floor of Barneys in Beverly Hills, in now functioning as Barneys New York Restaurant with a reworked bill of fare. The Hollywood Reporter says that come May the eatery popular with deep-pocketed deal-makers will shutter for a three month facelift and relaunch as Fred's, the New American restaurant within Barneys in New York and Chicago.
