Despite having gone under the knife for a light nip/tuck three and a half years ago, casual Hollywood Peruvian eatery Los Balcones Del Perú, which has shortened its name to Los Balcones, will reopen doors on February 20 with a shiny new look by Spacecraft. Upgrading from beer/wine, management hired Marcos Tello (The Edison, 1886) and Garrett McKechnie (1886) to craft a Peruvian cocktail list to pair with ceviches, tiradito, and lomo saltado. Menus are still being finalized at the moment. [EaterWire]
