32-year-old Italian chef Luigi Fineo steps into the kitchen at RivaBella as new executive chef. While he most recently helmed Andrea at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach, Fineo has worked under Thomas Keller in the past and earned a Michelin star while executive chef at the now shuttered La Botte in Santa Monica. His new Italian menu will fully launch in the spring with dishes like butter poached lobster, house-made ricotta, candied cashews, and peaches. [EaterWire]
