Here's an unlikely mish-mash: Chris Oh of Seoul Sausage Company is trying to pull of Colombian cuisine inside the old Bohemian inside Chapman Plaza, which had been closed for some time. The Korean-American chef wants to introduce Colombian fare in a new light, served family-style like most Korean drinking spots around the area. Eschewing a fusion format, Oh plans to prepare authentic Colombian dishes without incorporating any Korean flavors or ingredients. Though the place has no name yet, Oh is soft-introducing the new menu items over this coming weekend. [EaterWire]
