This time, the Tengu and Ivar developer is taking over the old Book Soup Bistro on the corner of Holloway and Sunset inside the Ticketmaster Building. At the moment, an ABC notice shows a 47 license coming into the slot. Since the place was already a food service location, it shouldn't take too long to see what will go into the space. Have intel?
