Killer Shrimp, the seafood spot in Marina Del Rey, has expanded southward to Hermosa Beach just a few steps away from the Strand in the former Cantina Real space. Opening July 25, the 25-year old concept revolves around a secret recipe for shrimp cooked in a spicy sauce and served with fresh bread. Throw in some other fresh seafood, steaks, salads, desserts, and more, and you have a pretty helpful every day fish spot. An outdoor patio has room for 34 diners, with uninhibited ocean views, always a plus when dining around here. Killer Shrimp will run 11:30 a.m. to 10 on weekdays, and until midnight on weekends with a happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m.
