Until recently, it's technically been illegal to bring dogs onto patios, even if restaurants are okay with it. But a new law signed by Governor Jerry Brown allows restaurants with patios that have separate entrances to welcome dogs, provided they aren't seated on chairs and remain leashed. [KTVU via Eater SF]
