HOLLYWOOD: A tipster sends word: "Alas, the Juices Fountain has been shut down by health dept. with no sign of re-opening. I can't believe that after 40 years in one location without a hitch, they would become lax in their abilities at a new location around the corner. It would be a damned dirty shame to loose one our precious landmark eateries to bureaucracy — never to be seen again. I'd really like to help save them, so I'll start be getting the word out. Thanks." When Juices Fountain moved to 6332 Hollywood Boulevard, owner Leondard Pena told LAist: " "We made it through the riots, the '96 earthquake and countless other bumps along the road. They're a diligent bunch at Los Angeles magazine, that's for sure.
