The boys behind Nine Thirty, Nacional, Paladar, what was Lincoln but now is Holly's West, and Tengu in Westwood finally opened Tengu Santa Monica in the former Ivy at the Shore space two weeks ago. With its oh-so stylish interior (designed by Franklin Studios), views of the Pacific, and executive chef and "sushi master" Shunji Nakao (Matsuhisa and The Hump) at the helm, Tengu will surely give nearby Sushi Roku a run for its trendy-sushi money.
