Here we have an inside peek at All' Angelo from another pre-opening dinner. Look at all the lovely honeyed tones. We can see why yesterday's spy said it's loud (even if he was a little off about the menu); it looks molto piccolo. We have the menu, which features many Italian specialties you don't often see in town---Parmigiana-style braised tripe with grilled polenta; saffron risotto with bone marrow; ricotta, spinach and black truffle-stuffed guinea hen. We also have a correction: All' Angelo officially opens tomorrow, Saturday night, not tonight.
