Got $700k? Let's Buy Eurochow!

Surely if we were around last summer Eurochow woulda been a cotendah for The Deathwatch, seeing how it's been out of the limelight for years and Westwood diners just weren't supporting it (and quite frankly, if you didn't live in or around Westwood, why would you bother with the traffic and parking problems, even with valet?). Luckily, our big brother Curbed LA was there by your side to report on Eurochow's ultimate demise, but then there were rumors that it wasn't really closed. Well, it really was, and still is, and this should put a final nail in the coffin of debate: Eurochow is officially on the market for a mere $700,000:

**no Start-Ups - User Must Have An Established Restaurant Business**

Historically Significant Location At The Entrance Of Westwood Village. Flagship Turnkey Opportunity In The Center Of Westwood Village, Home Of Ucla (65,000 Daily). Existing Restaurant With State-The-Art Kitchen Equipment Seats 200 People Inside With Private Seating Options And Accommodations For 50 On The Patio. Assignment Of Existing Lease And Type 47 Liquor License, Subject To Key Money Consideration. Valet Service And Public Parking Available.Triple Net Lease Expires January 2018 – Highly Favorable Terms.

When EuroChow opened in 1999, it was a marvel of high-style. Mr. Chow told LA Magazine, "I'm trying for the 'most designed' of all my restaurants. It should be quite magical." Unfortunately, Eurochow's cache was much more fleeting than his eponymous restaurant in BevHills, and in a few short years, it quite magically disappeared off the culinary map.
