We love when news of a boarded up spot just unfurls before us. We pass by this Plywooded Chicken Delight on Hollywood Boulevard near Ivar all the time noting no activity but knowing it's owned by Adolfo Suaya (like most of Hollywood). We heard it would a Mexican spot, another time we heard it would be a bar. Now we hear it will be Osaka Hollywood, an off-shoot a Japanese fusion spot from Peru. Kris Keith, who's working on Suaya's Goa and DeLuxe projects, will design the space. No timeline yet, but it's probably safe to say '08.
