Zen Sushi Just Won't Go Away

Well if a sale seemed imminent or happened in the spring, apparently Zen Sushi is back on the market. And just to make it go, go, go, there's a bonus duplex thrown in, all for the low, low price of $3.5 mil. The restaurant---we'll use the term loosely---has a "full kitchen, walk-in freezer, brick oven, ext. smoking lounge, koi pond, 3 stages in three separate venues, and 2 DJ Booths. There is more than meets the eye with this offering." Yes, the constant "B" rating, bad service and suspect sushi among other things.
