Our Hollywood operative took a snap of this space on Hollywood Boulevard last night thinking it was maybe Loteria Grill, but it's not. (The new Loteria is a couple blocks away, and coming along nicely we hear; look for a debut in the new year.) But what is this? The workers didn't know, we can't see the address, and it looks like there might be a counter. We can't know everything (shocking, we know), so if you know that it's something restauranty, please do tell.
