There are all sorts of changes at Casey's Irish Bar & Grill downtown. For one, Cedd Moses' 213 Ventures is now a managing partner in the operation. They brought on Jake Tringali (former manager at Bonaventure Brewing, he also tried to get the Brewer's Gallery off the ground but couldn't raise the cash) and a new chef , Bart Allen. The menu is total bar food, but some Irish selections (bangers and mash, shepherd's pie, fish and chips). Tringali says he's bringing "even more of a Boston/NYC vibe" to the bar, "but Casey's will always be Casey's." [613 S. Grand Ave., 213.629.2353]
