Opening a restaurant is a series of baby steps, really. It's the little details that get checked off the list, the things so seemingly minute, that keep everyone going. We heard about the new Father's Office signage that went up last week, and now we have at least three snaps in our inbox as proof. It's momentous, except that all our Culver City spies say the inside has a ways to go. Sang, the people are watching.
