If there's one thing Chris "CJ" Jacobson learned on Top Chef, it's that airplane food needs to look, smell and, coincidentally, taste good (obviously broccoli won't cut it). With all the problems we have in the air, arilines are finally looking to serve edible food---something more than peanuts, even in coach---and celebrity chefs are getting on board to do the menus.
