SANTA MONICA: For those of you heading over to the Santa Monica Farmer's Market today, we just got word that the new Monsieur Marcel, smack dab in the heart of it all, officially opened on Friday. The petit cafe sits right on the Promenade at Arizona, has tables outside and a small counter inside. Since the kitchen is teensy, the menu will be a scaled-down version of the Third and Fairfax location. We haven't seen the space since this early Plywood snap, but we hear there's little trees along the patio. If you happen by, please, some amour. [1260 Third Street Promenade, 310.587.1166]
