We can't help but wonder if the restaurateurs targeted on Kitchen Nightmares will have the chance or desire to see Ramsay in action at Gordon Ramsay at the London Hotel, slated to open in the former Bel-Age in April 2008. From the website: "Gordon Ramsay will offer a variety of culinary venues at The London West Hollywood much as he has done at our sister hotel in Manhattan, The London NYC. His luxurious dining experience is being fashioned for the sunny, savvy and social, destined to become one of LA's most popular destinations." Ramsay at the London NYC did not fare so well out of the gate, but maybe he's learned something about American palates and practices along the way.
