CULVER CITY: The restaurant/bar/bakery Akasha celebrates with an opening party this weekend, but it won't open to the public until the end of the month. On opening the eco-friendly spot, chef/owner Akasha Richmond tells us: "It's like getting married 10 times and having 20 babies in one week." The party isn't just for investors; Flip That Restaurant, the TLC show tracking Akasha and the restaurant, will be on-site filming. The Akasha ep airs in February '08. [~ELA~]
