Name That Venue: Upscale Jazz Club For Sale

Since we've always borrowed things from our big brother's closet, today we're introducing a new feature called Name That Venue, a game of restaurant real estate, a la Curbed's PriceSpotter, but with a twist. We occasionally get notices about restaurant properties on the market, which are almost always anonymous listings. Here's where the fun comes in: We'll give you the what, the price, the where, and you guess which restaurant we're showcasing. Email your guesses to the Eater LA inbox, and we'll reveal on Thursdays. Think of the glory!

What: A 10,600-square-foot jazz club and restaurant established 20 years ago but renovated in 2004. It seats 315, has an outdoor patio, stage, lighting, parking. Listed in general Los Angeles area.

Asking Price: $1.7 million

Extra features: Touted as "one of the premiere jazz clubs in the country" and attracts a "veritable who's who of jazz legends."
