With non-alcoholic drinks under menu names like Naughty, Hot & Steamy, and Chill-Out, this 'tween's dream will be in the Beverly Center, Irvine Spectrum, Third Street Promenade, Grove, and Westwood next. Culver City: We have official license signage up at Sang Yoon's new Father's Office outpost in Culver City. According to Bree at Triplecreme, the space is on Helms, next to Jazz Bakery, in the H.D. Buttercup building, across from Beacon. (Enough landmarks for you?) Not much else happening in the space, but we're sure construction will begin soon. If anyone stumbles past, pictures are welcome.
