We just got word that Osteria Mozza, the larger sister restaurant to the much ballyhooed and impossible-to-get-a-table Pizzeria Mozza, will probably open its doors in April. The restaurant is staffing heavily in the kitchen, with open calls coming up as early as next week:

Maybe this one will draw him more, but we don't have high hopes. Plus, he's opening two restaurants at the Venetian in Vegas soon. And he still needs time to drink beer and carouse. To join the ranks at Osteria, you'll have to deal with exec chef, Matt Molina. We heard the restaurant would open in the "first quarter" of '07, then we had a confirmed March, now it's April. Let the day-to-day briefings begin.
