Now to be forever synonymous with Paris Hilton's greasy, snotty friends making the celebutante cry at her birthday party, here we have The Prime Grill, the NYC-based kosher steakhouse that opened in the Rodeo Collection in December. The decor is comfortable and clubby, with lots of purples and dark woods; glass panel-walls separate the sunken dining room and the adjacent lounge, which adds just a touch of the aprapos zoo-like vibe. With that, The Prime Grill sets itself up well for private parties, even those of the drunken-tart-and-all-of-her-friends variety. The entire menu, right down to the wine selection, is kosher. Badly behaving birthday guests?not so much.
