After oozing and oozing and oozing for months, the Dolce Group's Ketchup finally opened this week. And while we were smitten with the decor and mini kobe beef chili dogs on it's debut night, there's still plenty of work to be done, and they need your help. There's one day left to jump in the bottle: Ketchup need some kitchen help, "seasoned cooks" and a pastry chef, to be exact. Casting calls Interviews take place tomorrow, Saturday March 24, from 2pm to 4pm at the restaurant (8590 Sunset Blvd., WeHo). If they're going to charge $9 for French fries they could be better, and the homemade ding dong needs some work. But someone should weigh in on how to mix a proper Tang or grape Kool-Aid cocktail; less Kool-Aid, more vodka. Wait...one of the high-school looking servers can probably take care of that.
