Sean at Metroblogging LA said he spotted this tortilla by a dumpster in Silver Lake (pictured right): "Half of me wanted to swipe it and put it on ebay and make a bajillion dollars, but that would have required actually touching it so I just left it there."
The tortilla must be some sort of marketing ruse for the movie Tortilla Heaven, which comes out this month. The food flick is about a restaurant owner who finds an image of Jesus in a tortilla; you can probably guess what happens next. The Silver Lake tortilla might be a clever marketing trick or some poor schmuck's subtle insinuation about where this movie (George Lopez stars) really belongs.
