New Show Looking for Restaurant Owner Contestants

In what sounds like an Iron Chef Restaurant Makeover in Hell mashup, producers are looking for restaurant owners of any ilk (delis, bistros, cafes, pubs, etc.) to participate in a new show:

Granada America, the producers of Hell's Kitchen, Nanny 911, and Celebrity Fit Club, are casting for an exciting new restaurant competition pilot. We are looking for owner-operated restaurants in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, interested in going head-to-head against local culinary competitors. Each restaurant selected to participate will receive a participation fee plus $5000 to implement a make over in hopes of out cooking and out rating their competitor. The winner will receive $10,000 and bragging rights.
So, if we got this right, restaurants in need of a makeover compete in some sort of showdown to win said makeover and 10 grand. We sure all will be judged by some witty, tough-love and/or foul-mouth Brit. Interested? More info here.
