Almost Ready to Ignite Charcoal

HOLLYWOOD: The Michael Sutton/Adolfo Suaya American fare Charcoal at the Arclight is nearing an open date. A reader sent word that "there's been a lot of activity there...with people bringing things in...I'll try ot take a picture next time i walk by" (which we strongly encourage). Sutton tells Eater they're going through final inspections now and hope to open in two weeks. Plus, this was spotted on Craigslist:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SKILLED, RELIABLE, PERSONABLE, MOTIVATED, PROFESSIONAL, AND SERVICE-MINDED WHO CAN HANDLE A HIGH ENERGY, FAST PACED ENVIRONMENT TO JOIN OUR STAFF. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 3 YEARS MINIMUM FINE DINING EXPERIENCE.
