BREAKING: Fraiche Opens Thursday

After much anticipation, Fraiche opens in Culver City this Thursday, April 26. (We heard it's having a soft opening this week, so it could be even earlier.) The description from Open Table:

Rustic French & Italian food- reminiscent of tasting one’s way through the European countryside, with emphasis on market-fresh, seasonal ingredients. Chefs Jason & Miho Travi team up with Manager extraordinaire Thierry Perez. They bring a strong commitment to unpretentious, market-driven cooking and pouring wine that reflects the spirit of both France and Italy. Signature dishes include Fruits de Mer; Handcrafted Salumi & Charcuterie; Boudin Noir with Beluga Lentils and Wilted Mustard Greens; Bouillabaisse; Passatelli in Brodo with Chicken and Chanterelles. The space is a celebration of rustic Tuscan colors and clad in weather-worn farmhouse stone, with an inviting indoor-outdoor concept that suits L.A.’s Mediterranean climate.
Travi was the opening chef/consultant at BottleRock just a few doors away; before that he was chef at La Terza, Campanile, and the now defunct Opaline. Perez, whom we suspect wrote that description above, has been all over the restaurant scene, most recenty (and briefly) at Naya in Pasadena and Providence on Melrose.

We've been keeping track in Plywood here, here, and here.
