On Tuesday's "EAT" episode, local chef Kris Morningstar talks about Blue Velvet's earth-friendly philosophies, like growing a rooftop garden and using locally grown produce. Our favorite statement from the chef: "People will hear organic restaurant and think hippie or think vegetarian or vegan and it's really not the case." Nope. Not anymore.
