On tap: Mario Batali's new B&B Ristorante at the Venetian, then off to hobnob with star chefs at the Bon Appetit Culinary & Wine Focus, where we'll be seeing a little of Rao's, a little David Burke, cooking events at the Bellagio, some SW Steakhouse at the Wynn.
