Here we have Charcoal, the new Michael Sutton/Adolfo Suaya baby at the Arclight Theatres. It opened just last week, but seems to still be getting its footing. We foresee many a Hollywood premiere-party-type events happening here in the future. It has that appeal. Lunch and dinner daily, plus weekend brunch. Chef is Yuri Samano, former head chef of an Arnie Mortons Steakhouse. The menu (which you can peruse here) is short and sweet, lots of burgers, steaks, basically a toned-down steakhouse menu. Let's hope they have bacon at the bar like The Lodge. Martinis are a must.
