Eater had technical difficulties on Friday afternoon, so we have some unfinished business to take care of. Some special Dish opening news will start things off quite nicely.

Here we have a new "Italian with a French twist" restaurant in the former Game (Santo Coyote before that) space on Melrose. Murano---owned by Jeffrey Sanker (host of the gaytacular White Party in Palm Springs) and power couple Sandy Sachs and Robin Gans (of Girl Bar fame)---opened quietly on April 18. We haven't seen the menu yet, but chef Kristi Ritchie worked for the Patina Group in Napa, Palm Springs, and Eat on Sunset.
