CraftWatch: T-minus Six Days and Counting

Oh, Craft. How we love the cat-and-mouse. The chase only fuels our obsession, you know. As soon as we reported that Tom Colicchio's new Century City resto was on OpenTable accepting reservations for next week, the booking function was taken offline. We heard from several people that they were able to make reservations before it was removed and hoped the ressies would stick. Then someone emailed to say that it was back online, all systems go: "They're back up on OpenTable. Got a sweet 7PM for a Friday night." Then, and now, it's back offline. So what do we do? Call (310) 279-4180 and you, too, can book a table beginning July 16. For those lucky enough to hit the sweet spot, we'll see you at the bar.

***UPDATE***: It's official! This just in from the Craft reservation manager: "Craft Los Angeles has begun accepting reservations for Monday July 16. Reservations can be made by calling 310.279.4180 and are available 28 days in advance." So no planning three months out or next year's anniversary dinner, please.
