In case you haven't had enough Bonnie and Hell's Kitchen, Eddie Lin at Deep End Dining finally posted this video that we watched him film at the HK3 finale party on Monday. Eddie's hangover apparently caused some posting issues, so please bear with the delay. It's long, and the "Dontcha" intro a little annoying, but it's a very candid video interview with the HK3 runner-up. From Bonnie: "If there's one thing the show taught me, it's that I don't want to work in a kitchen."
