Depending on who you ask---reviews on Yelp are split 50/50: one vote for "one of the creepiest places ever," one vote for fabulous martinis, fabulous food---the closing of the Universal City-area Ice Bar was either a blessing or a curse. But do not be alarmed, local residents. Instead, consider yourself adequately informed that a restaurant of equally confusing caliber will be arriving at this location in the very near future.
