SANTA MONICA: We're told that the secretive Hidden restaurant has its soft open tonight at 6pm. Please recall that Hidden is the new eclectic spot from Via Veneto owners Fabrizio Bianconi and Warren Cuccurullo located in the former Schatzi's on Main. The restaurant's design combines Italian and Japanese accents, has a large outdoor area, and touts at least five distinct menus and cuisines, including Vietnamese from Michael Bao, Italian, Mexican, Spanish, and Japanese. Time will tell if one person's eclectic is another's schizophrenia. A look at the opening menu here
