A reader sent this drive-by cellphone snap: "Drove by Grace last night and almost crashed my car when I saw the windows all papered. Sign says closed for leaky room. The restaurant has been completely emptied... Quite a leak!" Indeed. Usually those sorts of "leaks" mean something else might be going on, but the closure is announced on the website (closed "for repairs" from Jan 6-14, reopens on Jan 15). Grace opened in 2003, and shuttering for some TLC isn't out of the ordinary for that amount of time. The Frasers' other restaurant, BLD, still going strong.
