We applaud Jennifer Steinhauer steering tourists to non-trendy restaurants for a 36-hour spin through Hollywood. Square One Dining for breakfast, Bulan Thai for jungle curry, and mmmm Roscoe's are all fine picks. Lucky Devil's for a malt is not a miss, but the devoted will surely disagree with this kind of statement: "The burgers are better at In-N-Out Burger down the street." Now we loves a good Double Double, but really? Two different delicious animals. [NY Times]
