Missing: One Phil's Diner Sign

The sign: Usonian, Flickr

The long-shuttered Phil's Diner in North Hollywood has seen better days, and to add insult to injury, someone had to go and steal the neon sign. Built in the 1920's, Phil's served as a local stop for blue collar workers in the nabe. It was closed and moved for construction and development in the area, but not completely razed in hopes of possibly using it somewhere else in NoHo (more reading on that here). Dr. Phil, we're looking at you.
